April 30, 2025
12:00pm - 1:00pm
Rose Marr is a portrait artist whose signature use of crayon on wood creates unique artworks. She enjoys drawing black and white images from photograph references. She is a graduate of Memphis College of Art and a former high school art teacher and administrator. Marr is the daughter of the late Mary “Mayfair” Matthews, a self-taught folk artist, and the wife of the late Carl Scott, a local artist and muralist.
