The Dixon is honored to have a small exhibition of several of Marjorie Liebman's paintings. Marjorie Liebman was an influential artist known well in Memphis as well as nationally.On display here are abstract works from the 1950s and 1960s that Ms. Liebman kept in her personal collection until she died this past February. They are exhibited here in conjunction with an exhibition of her recent paintings now on display at The Beverly & Sam Ross Gallery at Christian Brothers University.
